We do not expect you to have any issues whatsoever but if the unlikely event does occur you are covered 100%. Every lamp you purchase from MyProjectorLamps comes with a 180 warranty. If an issue arises give our friendly customer service team a call and they can assist you on the warranty claim.

Is it possible to buy only the lamp without the module please? Asked by Malcolm1 C. On Apr 12, 2018
We do not offer a lamp only option for this model at the moment. We currently only offer the lamp in module which is plug and play. You remove the old lamp and install this new one, no other requirements other than to reset the lamp timer. The lamp in module is the go to option when replacing your projector lamp.

Hi Mary! You can reset your lamp counter, manually, using the lamp counter reset button - found through the menu command on your projector.
