This lamp will not come with a filter. Please contact our sales team, so we can special order one for your model.

Could you advise how to reset the lamp timer? No such option appears in the setup menu, and we do not have the original remote control. There are no "volume" buttons on the projector itself. Thank you! Asked by Ronnie C. On Nov 07, 2019
You can buy the original remote control or do this: Press the "MENU" button on the projector to call up the menu. When the "EASY MENU" appears, use the "ARROW UP"/ "ARROW DOWN" buttons to choose "Go To Advanced Menu" and press the “ARROW RIGHT” button. Use the "ARROW UP"/ "ARROW DOWN" to choose "OPTION" from the menu in the left column and press the “ARROW RIGHT” button. Use the "ARROW UP"/ "ARROW DOWN" buttons to choose “LAMP TIME” from the "OPTION" (or "ADVANCED") menu and then press and hold the "RESET" button or the “ARROW RIGHT” button. A dialog box appears. Choose "RESET" using the "ARROW UP" button.
