All of our lamps are 100% brand new. We will never sell used or refurbished lamps. The new oem bulbs manufactured by PHILIPS, OSRAM, USHIO, or PHOENIX are fitted into new plastic housings or come bulb alone for some models (unfortunately not for this one).
