You are on the incorrect page for your NP-UM361X (SKU# MPLL09642). We have a manual that you can download on the product page for the NEC NP-UP361X that will show you how to replace the lamp. We do not have a video for replacing the bulb at the moment, but the manual should work. Please search for the manual under the product page using SKU# MPLL09642.

Does this lamp have the smaller or larger screws for plug and play? I purchased this part before and it didn't fit. The screws were too small to hold the lamp in and the housing was also too small. Asked by Kathy F. On May 26, 2024

Some housings are thicker than other housings, so it depends on which lamp model you have. If you received the wrong screws, please call our customer support line: 1-888-785-2677, so we can ship you the right screws.
